STUFFING
In order to adjust to growing needs of Customers, company extended its activity with department of production of stuffing.
Finished compositions of vegetable stuffing prepared of products of highest quality. They are intended as well for baking as for direct consumption.
They are good as well for small bakery products as buns, fingers, small pizzas as for industrial production as filling for puff pastries. It can be applied as filling for dumplings, croquettes, dry pancakes or other products of small gastronomy.
Offer includes following assortment:
- Onion-pepper stuffing – mixture of cooked onion with aditive in form of red pepper with seasonings recommended for small bakery products as well as for gastronomy
- Onion stuffing – mixture of cooked onion with additive in form of seasonings and herbs recommended for onion cakes, small pizzas, fingers and other gastronomic applications
- Vegetarian stuffing – mixture of cooked vegetables, among others onion, pepper, cucumber, tomatoes and carrot with additive in form of seasonings and herbs from region of southern Europe
- Cabbage-mushroom stuffing – mixture of cooked soured cabbage wit additive in form of mushrooms and vegetables with seasonings recommended for dumplings, pasties, croquettes and cabbage cakes
- Cabbage stuffing – mixture of cooked soured cabbage with additive in form of vegetables and seasonings, it is excellent for gastronomy
- Letcho – mixture of cooked vegetables, such as onion, pepper, mushroom, tomatoes with additive in form of seasonings and herbs, it is ideal vegetarian equivalent of well-known dish with meat recommended for pizza, toasted sandwiches and fingers
- Mexican stuffing – mixture of cooked vegetables, among others various colours of pepper, onion, corn and tomatoes with additive in form of seasonings and herbs with spicy and characteristic flavour
- Mushroom-tomato stuffing – mixture of cooked mushrooms with additive in form of vegetables added with seasonings and tomato concentrate.
- Mushroom stuffing – mixture of cooked mushrooms and stewed onion with additive in form of vegetables and seasonings as excellent ingredient of toasted sandwiches, pizza and rolls with mushroom, it is also good as stuffing for dumplings, pasties, croquettes or dry pancakes
- Spinach stuffing – mixture of cooked spinach with additive in form of onion with specially composed seasonings with note of garlic
- Hungarian stuffing – mixture of cooked vegetables as onion, carrot, pepper, mushroom and tomatoes with additive in form of seasonings and herbs with characteristic flavour of dish
- Gypsy sauce – thick sauce with mixture of cooked onion, carrot, cucumber and pepper with addition of seasonings and herbs with wide range of applications in gastronomy
BAKERY
