Chocolate muffin mix – is concentrated biscuit-fatty cake with chocolate taste note based on ingredients of highest quality.

Muffins baked on the basis of concentrate are characterized by:

  • delicate and fluffy structure of crumb
  • crispy crust outside
  • brown colour in shade of bittersweet chocolate
  • humidity and longer freshness
  • delicious chocolate taste.

Basic recipe:
Muffin chocolate mix 1,00 kg
Oil 0,45 kg
Water 0,45 kg

Preparation:

  • Whip together all ingredients
  • Duration of whipping: about 5 minutes on medium turns (until obtaining smooth consistence).
  • Damage: 110g / 1pc (“Tulip” wrapper)
  • Temperature of baking: 180 °C
  • Duration of baking: about 30-40 minutes Time of baking is dependent on mass of muffin.
  • Decoration: at discretion
