Kwali’s custard cream „Vanilla” is a high quality, mild pudding cream dispersible in cold water or bake-stable with unusual Vanilla taste and smell. Perfect as a filling for éclairs, cookies, French cakes, buttery cream, it could be combined with different components like chocolate, whipping cream, flavoring pastries. Then we could have tasty and attractive products. Kwali’s custard cream „Vanilla” is very easy and quick for preparing, it has resistance to high temperature and freeze-thaw stability.

Basic recipes
Kwali’s custard cream „Vanilla” 350-400 g 400 g
Boiled water at temp. 25-35ºC 1000 g 1000 g
Butter (margarine) 300 g

Method of preparation:

  • Combine components and mix with a hand or electric mixer for 4 minutes until smooth. Leave on for about 15 minutes for setting. The cream can be baked in high temperature from 180 to 210ºC or may be used on baked products. In the second option the fat (butter or margarine)should be given to ready cream and whipped to get homogeneous consistency and light whipped texture. Next may be used with baked products.
  • TIP! To get more delicate and luxurious cream instead of water should be given the hot milk.
