Softogelatino is a concentrate of ice-cream powder to direct manufacturing without need of pasteurization or addition of eggs. Softogelatino is intended to production of soft ice-cream. Ready ice-cream characterizes with well whipped, soft and creamy texture.

  • Very easy mixing with water (enough hand stirring with whisk), received mass is homogeneous and there is no need to strain through by sieve received from premix ice-cream mass characterises with high stability does not stratify
  • Ice-cream Softogelatino has unusual taste, aroma and delicate and creamy texture.

Recipe for ice-cream
Softogelatino 1,00 kg
Cool, boiled water or milk 2,50 kg

Preparation:

  • Put SOFTOGELATINO into water and stir with the use of whisk to get homogeneous suspension. Leave received mixture for 15 – 20 minutes to thickening. The mass prepared in that way is ready to load onto tanks of the freezing machine. Before putting it into tank of the freezing machine, suspension shall be carefully mixed. Stock of ice-cream mixture may be stored at a refrigerator in the temperature from 0ºC to +5ºC, not longer than 24 h.
  • ATTENTION! To production of ice-cream shall be exclusively used boiled / spring water or UHT milk.
