Waffles – 100%-mixture for making dough for delicious waffles and pancakes. Dough is easy and fast to make, because we combine powder only with oil and water, next we mix. Thanks to this fact we obtain product of high quality, fluffy, crunchy and elastic structure with great flavour and delicate vanilla note.

Basic recipe
Waffles 1,00 kg
Water 1,00 kg
Oil 0,15-0,2 kg
Together 2,15-2,0 kg

Preparation:

  • Mix all ingredients on medium turns for about 3 minutes using mixer or confectionery beater or manually using whisk until obtaining homogeneous consistence. Prepared mass can be put away for 10 minutes for loosing, after which pour, portioning properly, directly to heated waffle iron.
  • Temperature of baking: about 210 – 230 ° C
  • Time of baking about 2.5 to 5 minutes.
  • Conditions of baking – temperature and time depend on type of device – they should be adjusted for to someone’s own laid down procedure.
  • Any additives(whipped cream, fruit, icing) can be laid on prepared waffles or they can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
