Preparation:

• Mix together all ingredients.
• Duration of mixing: about 4min on slow turns (until obtaining homogenous mass).
• So prepared basic dough is ready to use in various types of cookies.
• Time of baking is dependent on size of cookies, about 8-10 minutes at temperature 200-210 °C.
• You can add pieces of chocolate, coconut, nuts and sweetmeats to dough.

Hint:

• Be careful not to knead dough too long.
