Basic recipe
Kokosanka 1000 g
Water at temperature of about 25ºC 400 g

Preparation:

  • combine components and knead a mass to obtain smooth consistency
  • leave ready mass for approx. 20 minutes
  • press pastries on baking sheet lined with baking paper
  • baking temperature 170-180ºC and baking time about 20 minutes
