Frozen Yoghurt Yogofresch – Concentrate of frozen powdered yoghurt is intended for production of frozen yoghurt dessert machines of type soft. Yoghurt dessert is distinguished by creaminess and unique great flavour obtained thanks to yoghurt powder. It fits perfectly to fresh fruit, fruit sauces, fruit in thick gel, sweetmeats and flakes. It is prepared in proportion of 1: 2,5 with water. Mixture is intended for machines for production of soft ice cream gravitationally and with low system of aeration.

Basic recipe
Frozen Yoghurt Yogofresch 1,00 kg
Cold boiled water or milk 2,50 kg
Together 3,50 kg

Preparation:

  • Pour concentrate into water and stir using confectionery cane – until obtaining homogeneous suspension.
  • Put away obtained mixture for 15 – 20 minutes. So prepared mass is ready to be loaded to containers of freezing machine.
  • Stir exactly suspension each time before pouring to container of freezing machine
  • Keep stock of ice mixture in refrigerated cabinet at temperature 0 °C to + 5 °C, no longer than for 24 hours.
  • ATTENTION! Only boiled / spring water or UHT milk should be applied to prepare ice cream.
